"Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati maintains its presence in the Young University Rankings 2024 for the fourth consecutive year. Thus, in the international ranking of universities established in 1971, carried out by the prestigious publication TIMES HIGHER EDUCATION, UDJG occupies the 501-600 position out of 1171 universities around the world. The ranking includes four universities from Romania, DJUG being in the second position.
