A delegation of the Department of Continuous Training and Technology Transfer of "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati, led by Professor Cristian MUNTENITA, PhD, participated, between October 23-24, at the fifth edition of the Romanian Conference for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, organized at the West University of Timisoara.

The conference brought together Innovation and Technology Transfer Centers from Romanian universities, Student Entrepreneurial Societies, and the Fulbright Scholars Alumni community, as well as the actors of the startup and innovation ecosystem in Romania, which supports the academic and research environment.

The participants outlined a joint action plan for innovation and technology transfer, respectively for student entrepreneurial societies, to strengthen the role of the universities in Romania's smart and sustainable specialization.

The Conference was attended by over 100 representatives of the Romanian universities, joined by 30 external contributors.
