The Faculty of History, Philosophy and Theology will organize on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, the Open Doors event at "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati, dedicated to the Romanian Army Day. The event is organized in collaboration with the 300th Mechanized Infantry Battalion "Sfantul Andrei” and Tomis Cultural Association – Galati branch.

The activities will take place between 12:00 and 15:00 in the Science Campus, outside (Horseshoe of M Corps), and will consist of the presentation of the current military equipment, including a military surveillance drone, a night sighting and vision system based on thermal radiation and an anti-tank missile system. At the same time, representatives of Tomis Cultural Association – Galati branch will present vintage military uniforms.
