"Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati will host the International Festival for local/traditional products from the SE area of ​​the Black Sea. The action is organized within the project LOC FOOD ("Local development and cross border cooperation in the area of ​​agricultural products and traditional food") - BSB 1101 (www.locfood.eu).

The festival will take place in the Science Campus from Domneasca Street, no. 111 (in "Horseshoe" outdoors) on May 20, 2022, starting at 10.30. During the festival, participants from the SE area of ​​Romania, respectively Braila, Buzau, Constanta, Galati, Tulcea, and Vrancea, as well as from Greece, the Republic of Moldova, Bulgaria, and Ukraine will present a series of food products designed to convince consumers of the tradition and their value.

There will be producers of meat products, cheeses, honey and products based on honey, wine, bakery and pastry, ice cream, zacusca (romanian dish), tastings and good cheer.
