The Department of Lifelong Learning and Technologic Transfer of “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati organizes the lifelong learning course “English language. Specialized languages”. The course has 714 hours (60 credits) and it will start on 01.04.2022.
 

Required documents for non-EU citizens:

Diplomas issued by states that are not part of the Hague Apostille Convention will be authenticated by:

  • The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country, the Romanian Embassy / Consulate of the issuing country, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, or by: the Ministry of Education of the issuing country, the Embassy / Consulate of the issuing country in Romania and the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

Exemption from over-legalization is permitted under the law of an international treaty to which Romania is a party or based on reciprocity.

  • transcript of records and authorized translation of the original document;
  • birth certificate and authorized translation;
  • passport;
  • documents proving domicile abroad;
  • medical certificate, in an international language showing that the holder of the certificate does not suffer from contagious/chronic diseases, personal history related to chronic diseases and SARS-VOC2;
  • passport-type photo;
  • application for the letter of acceptance for studies;
  • a document describing the grading system applied in the educational institutions followed (the grade point average of the grades between failed and excellent)
  • statement of responsibility for authenticity and correspondence between digital/scanned and original documents.

Required documents for EU citizens:

Certificates of study issued in States Parties to the Hague Apostille Convention subject to equivalence and recognition of studies shall be endorsed by the Hague Apostille by the competent authorities of the issuing countries.
Original diplomas from Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and Cyprus will be endorsed with the Hague Apostille Convention, except for the other EU Member States.

  • transcript of records for grades IX-XII / XIII:
    • if the study certificate is issued in Romanian, English, French, Spanish, Italian, (and translation into Romanian for documents issued in other foreign languages).
  • other documents:
    • certificate of passing the baccalaureate exam in Italy, aptitude test for university entrance, aptitude qualification in Spain, Panellinies Exetaseis - certificate for national exams for general high school in Greece. Certificate issued by the Verket för högskoleservice on access to university studies in Sweden. Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or ACT from the USA, etc.- copy for study documents written in languages ​​of international circulation (English, French, Spanish, Italian) or copy and legalized translation into Romanian for study documents written in other languages.
  • personal identification documents:
    • passport;
    • identity card
    • proof of name change (if applicable), the document issued in Romanian / English / French / Spanish / Italian, and authorized translation (for the other languages);
    • birth certificate;
  • medical certificate, in an international language showing that the holder of the certificate does not suffer from contagious/chronic diseases, personal history related to chronic diseases and SARS-VOC2;
  • passport-type photo;
  • certificate of recognition of studies or the application for recognition of high school studies to be accepted for university studies (as the case may be) (https://www.cnred.edu.ro/);
  • a document describing the grading system applied in the educational institutions followed (the grade point average of the grades between failed and excellent)
  • statement of responsibility for authenticity and correspondence between digital/scanned and original documents.

 
The study contract shall be completed on the date of the registration.
