"Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati obtained the first place in the national competition PNCDI III 2015-2020 - Program 1 - Development of the national research-development system, Subprogram 1.2 - Institutional performance, 2021 competition for Institutional development projects - Funding projects of excellence in RDI (PFE-CDI), Energy, Environment and Climate Change. The project entitled "Excellence and involvement in intelligent development based on research and innovation at "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galați (DJUG) - DYNAMIC " will be implemented in the period 2022-2024 and will have a funding of 6,134,000 RON.
 
The DYNAMIC project is based on institutional investments for implementing the Strategic Plan for Institutional Development 2021-2024, having as a strategic priority the EMSC Complex. Following the Strategy for Research, Development, Innovation and Technology Transfer 2021-2024 undertaken at an institutional level, the EMSC Complex will contribute to adapting the prioritization of scientific research and innovation in DJUG, to the context and objectives defined in the National Strategy for Research, Development and Innovation 2021 -2027 (SNCDI), Operational Programs, PNCDI, Horizon Europe Program and associated plans.
