“Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati was included this year in the Times Higher Education 2021 ranking, Emerging Economies University Rankings Section, published earlier this week. Universities from emerging economies, classified according to the London Stock Exchange’s FTSE Group, were considered in the evaluation.

Times Higher Education - Emerging Economies University Rankings 2021 ranks universities using 13 performance indicators in four areas: teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international perspective.

Only 13 Romanian universities were included in this ranking this year.

It is for the first time that “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati appears in this top and occupies the 6th position at national level.
