Starting with October 16, 2020, “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati was co-opted into Eurasian Universities Union, an international university organization comprising of 120 public or private universities and institutions from over  50 countries in Europe and Asia. The main objective of joining this association is to share the knowledge and experiences with other higher education institutions to achieve the highest quality.
 
The University will have the opportunity to participate as a partner in various academic research and cooperation projects organized by EURAS, allowing researchers to disseminate research results through EURAS Academic Journals.
